Do yourself a favor. If you need this type of service don't waste your time looking around for prices like I did. After hours of research Boone was still the best price I found. I did find one matching price earlier in the day but the guy wasn't anywhere as friendly or accommodating as Boone. As a matter of fact though it was my fault calling around all day he was still kind enough to come to my house at 8pm at the same price. They did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. He was well worth the investment if for no other reason his professionalism and personality is why I'd suggest doing business with him and his team!

Alex and Amonti arrived this morning to troubleshoot a possible leak. They were very thorough, respectful, knowledgeable and ready to help any way possible. I highly recommend them!! Great plumbing crew.

My experience with Zoom Drain was great. They were very responsive and were able to squeeze me in the same day! Alex came out and he was able to resolve our toilet issues. He was very professional, friendly, and even made suggestions. We were happy with the service and will definitely use them again!

Second Review of Second Repair: The Zoom Drain crew kept at it! Andrew, Dylan & Austin are rock stars. Dylan diagnosed multiple problems and went at them several different ways. He was impressive. Andrew showed up later the SAME DAY with the needed equipment. The exterior line they were going to replace went straight through two of my huge flower beds, so I was racing to dig up my precious-black as night-years old- 36" deep- soil and Andrew offered to use his big bulldozer looking thing to scrap it up and move to the pile that I had started! SERIOUSLY AMAZING! They all worked into the night then Andrew & Austin showed up the next day, which was a Saturday, to tidy up and tamp. Austin was such a hard worker learning the trade and smiling the whole time. It was really impressive to watch him work because if he finished a task he would immediately find something helpful to do on until Andrew or Dylan pointed him in the next direction. And the communication between all three was quite honestly impressive. And finally, after watching the guys work most of Friday and then for awhile Saturday I learned that Andrew is the owner of the company?!?!? So so so impressive! First Review of first visit: Dylan Paynter is a work horse and his troubleshooting was impressive! He listened to me and answered the numerous questions I had. He went at the problem with the blockage from so many angles (literally) and explained everything he was doing as he went along. I was so so so impressed! Zoom Drain has a new lifetime customer and they will highly suggested to all my neighbors at the next block meetup!

We were experiencing water leaks in one of our bathrooms. Hiring Zoom Drain was the best decision to help us get to the bottom of the problem. Alex arrived on site promptly at the arranged time ready to jump into action investigating the issues. Alex came back with the issues and his recommendations on the best way to proceed forward. During the repairs , Alex stopped to show us pictures and the actual issues in the bathroom. Once he finished he came back to give us time to review his work.
